Across all of our brands, we are committed to pay equity, regardless of gender, race, or ethnicity. With the help of an independent compensation consultant, we conduct pay equity studies every other year, and in the off years, we work on remediation plans to address outliers.

We are a global business, made up of more than [140] different nationalities, with headquarters and offices all over the world. As of December 31, 2021 about half of our employees were women, with approximately 31% of those women in leadership and 23% in technology roles.

The EEO-1 data disclosed below includes the U.S. market only, which represents approximately 17% of our global workforce as of December 31, 2021. At this time, we are sharing U.S. EEO-1 data, as it is one of the few countries where we can collect such data and are required to report on it annually. While a significant percentage of our workforce is located in jurisdictions that may present challenges to tracking employee racial or ethnic demographics for legal or privacy reasons, we continue to explore options that might allow the collection of data voluntarily on a global scale.
