Job Summary
Project management of virtual teams comprised of representatives from various organizational disciplines, including various business and technology groups.
Key Responsibilities
Provide best-in-class business project management for Global initiatives
To communicate clearly and effectively with Senior Sponsors and project stakeholders globally
Actively report on the project progress by use of project plans, issue & action logs and status reports
Identify and manage the resolution of issues and risks
Sustain the project direction
Ensure project transitions seamlessly into BAU with zero issues
Support the identification of process improvements
Ensure product and regulatory knowledge is current
Adoption of global project management processes and procedures
Knowledge and Skills
Proven and demonstrable track record in Project Management, including management of virtual teams and stakeholders
Relevant experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a Financial Crime/AML, payments, fintech or eCommerce environment
PRINCE2 / PMI Certification or equivalent preferred
Experience or aptitude to deal with external customers and 3rd party vendors
Highly structured and methodical in execution with excellent attention to detail
Clear, articulate and concise verbal and written communication
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads, demonstrates time-management skills
Ability to understand and resolve or escalate issues quickly
Understanding of the cards, payments, fintech or global eCommerce industries
Proficient knowledge and experience of Google Suite of products e.g., Gmail, Slides, Docs, Sheets
