Job Summary

Project management of virtual teams comprised of representatives from various organizational disciplines, including various business and technology groups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide best-in-class business project management for Global initiatives

  • To communicate clearly and effectively with Senior Sponsors and project stakeholders globally

  • Actively report on the project progress by use of project plans, issue & action logs and status reports

  • Identify and manage the resolution of issues and risks

  • Sustain the project direction

  • Ensure project transitions seamlessly into BAU with zero issues

  • Support the identification of process improvements

  • Ensure product and regulatory knowledge is current

  • Adoption of global project management processes and procedures

Knowledge and Skills

  • Proven and demonstrable track record in Project Management, including management of virtual teams and stakeholders

  • Relevant experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a Financial Crime/AML, payments, fintech or eCommerce environment

  • PRINCE2 / PMI Certification or equivalent preferred

  • Experience or aptitude to deal with external customers and 3rd party vendors

  • Highly structured and methodical in execution with excellent attention to detail

  • Clear, articulate and concise verbal and written communication

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads, demonstrates time-management skills

  • Ability to understand and resolve or escalate issues quickly

  • Understanding of the cards, payments, fintech or global eCommerce industries

  • Proficient knowledge and experience of Google Suite of products e.g., Gmail, Slides, Docs, Sheets
