Job Overview

Leads and develops change management and communications approach, plan, and tactics to engage senior stakeholders, communicate to a global audience, and create awareness and excitement about the strategic transformation programs at Booking Holdings. The role’s current focus will be to drive change and comms for the Finance Business Optimization Center of Excellence (COE) program and  evolve to support other strategic programs. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Design, deliver, and support program & cross-brand change management and communication strategy for Booking Holdings transformation programs

  • Develop and support delivery of communications to stakeholders and impacted users through various communication channels (program site, email, newsletters, bite-sized videos, internal portals including social media etc.)

  • Support the program management team in communicating program status and key success metrics to leadership and various functional/brand stakeholders  

  • Stand-up a cross-brand, cross-functional change champions network to drive change and communications at the local country levels

  • Liaise with corporate affairs & communications teams of Booking Holdings and its various brands as needed to identify the right comms vehicles, frequency, content, and audience for communications delivery

  • Measure change throughout the program life-cycle and develop change plans to address areas of concern/ improvements 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5-8 years of experience

  • Knowledge of organizational change management frameworks and approaches (e.g. stakeholder commitment curve, ADKAR, etc.) with implementation experience, preferably in a large-scale transformation program with global, cross-functional stakeholders

  • Ability to understand and develop key messages to inform/ engage & influence senior stakeholders (VP, CXO levels)

  • Knowledge and experience in leveraging broad communications and engagement vehicles (e.g. – email, newsletter, sharepoint site, bite-sized videos, etc.)

  • Understanding of governance and operating models, especially in a global matrixed environment

  • Knowledge of Workday, Greenhouse, OKTA, SAP ERP systems is a plus
